Salisbury311 is a public mapping application that allows community members to be involved with the upkeep of their city by submitting problems or observations to Salisbury city staff.
Submissions by users are turned into work orders that are e-mailed to the appropriate city department.nnSalisbury311 was developed as a cost prohibitive, in-house alternative to more expensive, vendor provided solutions.
Salisbury311s goal is to promote interaction between city staff and the public by providing Salisburys citizens and community members a way to submit requests and complaints regarding such issues as missing road signs, pot holes, abandoned vehicles, illegal burning, suspected criminal/suspicious activity, illegal dumping, animal control issues,nenvironmental health issues, etc.
